I know there have been a lot of black and white and sepia toned photographs lately...I just really love working with this tone right now.
This is a macro shot of a flower that blooms outside of my house. This bush is so beautiful when it blooms. The grain is intentional and this was taken with Illford XP black and white film, toned to make it sepia. Just another flower shot for you   UPDATE: I took some good advice  and took off the text and did the border more subtle..thank you once again  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. It's a nice shot.
so peaceful....
two only (very little) points....
- the lettering might resuly a little distracting
- the photo doesn't seem to be centered in the gray border
